Welcome to Success-Axis. By registering for our events, accessing our websites, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Event Registration

All registrations are subject to availability and confirmation.
Fees must be paid in full before event access is granted.
Registrations are non-transferable unless approved by our team.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event start.
Processing fees may apply to all refunds.

3. Event Changes

We reserve the right to modify event schedules, speakers, or venues when necessary. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify participants.

4. Code of Conduct

Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, speakers, and fellow participants. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during events, except where required by law.

6. Media Release

By attending, you consent to be photographed or recorded, and for such media to be used for promotional purposes, unless you explicitly opt-out in writing before the event.
